Support Friends of Music

Dear Friends,

Welcome back for the 2025-2026 school year. I am writing to you about the Scotia- Glenville Friends of Music, a group of volunteers who have supported music in our school district for over 40 years. We award scholarships to students, purchase and repair instruments, cover accompanist fees, and defer some of the costs associated with New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) participation at the county, district, and state levels.

Your membership dues, which are tax deductible, continue to make a difference in the lives of our students and the community. We are asking you to join us again this year by contributing, using this link.

All members’ names will appear in our concert programs, which reach many families at school music performances. Thank you for considering our cause. Together, we can make a lasting impact.

Thank you for your support.
