Our second annual Staff Basketball Game will take place on Thursday, Mar. 12, at the High School. Last year’s game was awesome! Our secondary staff edged out the elementary team in a well played game. Come out and watch some of your favorite teachers, administrators, and staff from all of our district schools play basketball for a good cause. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The game will tip off at 7 p.m.
A number of our local youth sports organizations will have information tables set up in the High School Gym Lobby. Admission is free, and concessions will be available.
All elementary and middle school students who attend are invited to enter their names in a drawing for the chance to participate in a shooting contest at halftime. Tickets to enter the contest are $1 and will be sold in the High School Gym Lobby up until halftime of the staff game. Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit our local Scotia Relief organization. The elementary and middle school shooting contest winners will each receive a gift card!
