  10. Approve Questar III 2025-2026 Inter-municipal Agreement for Internal Auditing Services

    Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the 2025-2026 Inter-municipal Agreement with Questar III for Internal Auding Services, as submitted.

  11. Award a Three-Year Contract to West & Company CPAs PC for External Auditing Services

    Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education award a three-year engagement to West & Company, for external auding services, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods, in accordance with their proposal dated March 7, 2025, as submitted.

  12. Accept Third Fiscal Projection for 2024-2025

    Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education accept the Third Fiscal Projection for 2024-2025 with the supporting Revenue and Budget Status Reports and Summary Variance Analysis and Fund Balance Projection Report, as submitted.

  13. Approve Scotia-Glenville Central School District Professional Development Plan for 2025-2026

    Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the Scotia- Glenville Central School District Professional Development Plan for 2025-2026, and further authorize the Superintendent to sign the Plan, as submitted.

  14. Approve Chief Inspector for the Scotia-Glenville Central School District Budget Re- Vote

    Superintendent’s  Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the appointment of Robert Hanlon as Chief Inspector of the Budget re-vote on June 17, 2025.

  15. Appoint Chairperson for the Scotia-Glenville Central School District Budget Re-Vote

    Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education appoint a Chairperson (Board Member) of the Budget re-vote on June 17, 2025.

  16. Appoint Poll Clerks and Inspectors for the Scotia-Glenville Central School District Budget Re-Vote

    Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education appoint the individuals on the list of Poll Clerks and Inspectors for the Budget re-vote on June 17, 2025, as submitted.

  17. Appoint 2025-2026 Committee on Special Education (CSE) and 2025-2026 Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE)

    Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education appoint the attached list of members to the Committee on Special Education (CSE) and the list of members to the Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) for the 2025-2026 school year, as submitted.

  18. Approve Memorandum of Agreement By and Between Scotia-Glenville Central School District and Scotia-Glenville Teachers’ Association

    Superintendent’s  Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the Memorandum of Agreement by and between Scotia-Glenville Central School District and Scotia-Glenville Teachers’ Association regarding a stipend for 2025-2026 school year in the amount of $2,000.00 for Brenda Tessier, Special Education Teacher, in recognition of duties assumed as a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools (TCIS) trainer, as submitted.

  19. Approve Memorandum of Agreement By and Between Scotia-Glenville Central School District and Scotia-Glenville Teachers’ Association

    Superintendent’s  Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the Memorandum of Agreement by and between Scotia-Glenville Central School District and Scotia-Glenville Teachers’ Association regarding a stipend for 2025-2026 school year in the amount of $2,000.00 for Elizabeth Foley, Special Education Teacher, in recognition of duties assumed as a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools (TCIS) trainer, as submitted.

  20. Approve Memorandum of Agreement By and Between Scotia-Glenville Central School District and Scotia-Glenville Teachers’ Association

    Superintendent’s  Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the Memorandum of Agreement by and between Scotia-Glenville Central School District and Scotia-Glenville Teachers’ Association regarding a stipend for 2025-2026 school year in the amount of $2,000.00 for Lindsay Seager, School Psychologist, in recognition of duties assumed as a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools (TCIS) trainer, as submitted.

  21. Approve Memorandum of Agreement By and Between Scotia-Glenville Central School District and Scotia-Glenville Teachers’ Association

    Superintendent’s  Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the Memorandum of Agreement by and between Scotia-Glenville Central School District and Scotia-Glenville Teachers’ Association regarding a stipend for 2025-2026 school year in the amount of $2,000.00 for Rebecca Penn, Special Education Teacher, in recognition of duties assumed as a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools (TCIS) trainer, as submitted.

  22. Approve Memorandum of Agreement By and Between Scotia-Glenville Central School District and Scotia-Glenville Secretarial Association

    Superintendent’s  Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the Memorandum of Agreement by and between Scotia-Glenville Central School District and Scotia-Glenville Secretarial Association regarding a stipend for the 2025-2026 school year in the amount of $3,250.00 for Camie Barnett, Executive Secretary I (Pupil Personnel Services), in recognition of duties assumed to ensure the District’s compliance and accurate reporting of Medicaid claims information, as submitted.

  23. Approve Memorandum of Agreement By and Between Scotia-Glenville Central School District and Scotia-Glenville Secretarial Association

    Superintendent’s  Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the Memorandum of Agreement by and between Scotia-Glenville Central School District and Scotia-Glenville Secretarial Association regarding a stipend for the 2025-2026 school year in the amount of $3,250.00 for Amanda Seifert, Executive Secretary I (Pupil Personnel Services), in recognition of duties assumed to ensure the District’s compliance and accurate reporting of Medicaid claims information, as submitted.

  24. Resolution: Accept and Appropriate Gift and Donation from Scotia-Glenville Administrators’ Association and Glen-Worden Elementary PTA for Honorary Bench

    Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education accept the Resolution, dated June 9, 2025, regarding accepting and appropriating the gift and donation from the Administrators’ Association and Glen-Worden Elementary PTA of a bench, with a value of $1,000, to be placed at Glen-Worden Elementary in honor of the late Mr. Nicholas Criscone, as submitted.

  25. Resolution: Accept and Appropriate Gift and Donation of a Classroom Rug to Glendaal Elementary

    Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education accept the Resolution, dated June 9, 2025, regarding accepting and appropriating the gift and donation of a classroom rug for Glendaal Elementary from a teacher, with an approximate value of $650.00, as submitted.

  26. Resolution: Accept and Appropriate Gift and Donation of a Lending Library to Lincoln Elementary

    Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education accept the Resolution, dated June 9, 2025, regarding accepting and appropriating the gift and donation of a Lending Library and its stocking from Peggy Gillen, valued at approximately $300.00, to Lincoln Elementary, as submitted.

  27. Resolution: Accept and Appropriate Gift and Donation of a Tree and Mulch in honor of Mr. Nicholas Criscone

    Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education accept the Resolution, dated June 9, 2025, regarding accepting and appropriating the gift and donation of a tree and mulch, with an approximate value of $154.00, from Lowe’s for Glen-Worden Elementary School honoring the late Mr. Nicholas Criscone, as submitted.

    1. Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education accept the letter of resignation of Angela Cerrone, Assistant Principal (Middle School), effective June 30, 2025, with appreciation to her service to the district, as submitted.
    2. Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education accept the letter of resignation of Chelsea Murphy, English Teacher (Senior High School), effective August 1, 2025, with appreciation to her service to the district, as submitted.

    1. Staffing
      1. Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the change in 1.0 full-time, probationary appointment of Heather Slover, Teaching Assistant (Glen-Worden Elementary) from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2029 to May 27, 2025 through May 28, 2029.
      2. Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the following stipends for the individuals that oversee the Advanced Placement Testing Program for the 2024-2025 school year:

      3. Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve Basem Monadel* as a Student Worker (IT Department), effective June 10, 2025, at the rate of $15.50/hour.
      4. Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the appointment of Doodnauth Thakurdyal* as General Maintenance Mechanic (Buildings and Grounds), in accordance with Civil Service Rules and Regulations, effective June 10, 2025, with 2024-2025 salary to be at the rate of $26.85/hour, 8 hours/day, 12 month.

        *These two appointments are conditioned on the school district’s receipt of clearance for the employees from the State Education Department following a criminal history records check in accordance with the provision of Education Law §3035.

      5. Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the 2025 Summer Curriculum Staff and approve days, pending budget appropriation, as submitted.
      6. Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the 2025 Learning Leaps Program Staff Roster and Salary List, pending budget appropriation, as submitted.
      7. Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the 2025 Extended School Year Program Staff Roster and Salary List, as submitted.
      8. Superintendent’s Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the 2025 Secondary Summer School Staff and Salary List, pending budget appropriation, as submitted.
