The district had three award winners at the Capital Region Media Arts Festival. Sophomore Madeline Gish received first place in the portraits category and senior Elisabeth Barbolt received honorable mention in the same category. In the abstract category, senior Ella Merenberg received honorable mention.
In total, ten SGHS student artwork was accepted into the 2023 Capital Region Media Arts Festival and were featured in an awards ceremony. You can check out all ten photos on our instagram page.
