Ryan joined Scotia-Glenville on March 27, 2023, and became our High School Assistant Principal just one month later. His background as a school counselor has helped him build strong connections with students, earning their trust and respect. Ryan can be found at every school event and sometimes at the lunch table chatting with students. 

When asked about Ryan, students said, “He just gets us,” “I love seeing Mr. Fedele in the halls; he makes me laugh,” and perhaps most importantly, “I know I can always go to him.”

Those comments say so much about the kind of person Ryan is. He listens, supports, and finds ways to help students through challenging situations. Whether he’s chaperoning school activities, serving as a DASA coordinator, or working with colleagues on Administrative Council, Ryan is always willing to step in with a positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.

His colleagues recognize that same compassion. One nomination shared how Ryan goes out of his way to prepare special meals for holiday celebrations, making sure everyone feels included, even those with special dietary needs. Another noted that he supports all students and is highly respected.

Ryan, thank you for being someone our students trust, our colleagues can count on, and our school community can be proud of. Your kindness, creativity, and dedication make a real difference every day.
