The competition was fierce, and the Tartans fought hard at the Unified Bowling Championships today. Scotia-Glenville’s unified bowling team concluded their season with third place medals and a plaque for the school. SGHS Principal Peter Bednarek is already proudly displaying the plaque in the main office at the high school.

The tournament at Boulevard Bowl in Schenectady was a day of competition and camaraderie. “The mutual support shown by the athletes is truly heartwarming,” said Superintendent Swartz. “This is a testament to the power of inclusion, and the importance of creating opportunities for people of all abilities to participate in sports.”

Coached by Candra Mulligan, the Tartans top scorers include:

  • Dante Bianchi: 115

  • Bryce Geniti: 184

  • Tyler Hamm: 107

  • Zaiden Hempstead: 146

  • Molly Juedes: 101
