2026 Recipients of the Scholastic Honor Award Medal

The Scotia-Glenville High School Scholastic Honor Award Medal recognizes graduating students who have distinguished themselves through exceptional academic achievement. Fourteen students will receive this prestigious medal during the graduation ceremony, having been initially honored at today’s Senior Awards Ceremony.

Alexander Bellotti, son of Kate and Michael Bellotti, plans to attend Cornell University and major in Applied Economics and Management.

Caleb Feinberg, son of Stephanie and Daniel Feinberg, plans to attend Duke University and his major is undecided.

Lucas Gillikin, son of Anouk Verheyden-Gillikin and David Gillikin, plans to attend St. Lawrence University and major in Biology.

Mikayla Goddin, daughter of Denise and John Goddin, plans to attend SUNY Binghamton and major in Integrative Neuroscience.

Tyler Gray, son of Suzanne and Christopher Gray, plans to attend Lasell University and major in Sports Management.

Riley O’Rourke, daughter of Katrina and Denis O’Rourke, plans to attend SUNY Albany and major in Sociology.

Nicholas Pedone, son of Nicole and Vincent Pedone, plans to attend Le Moyne College and major in Finance.

Tyler Raven, son of Susan and Christopher Raven, plans to attend Siena University and major in Biochemistry.

Kathryn Smith, daughter of Jane Seymour-Smith and Vincent Smith, plans to attend Rochester Institute of Technology and major in Biomedical Engineering.

Lauren Smith, daughter of Antionette Ramanzo-Smith and Steven Smith, plans to attend Nazareth University and major in Dance Studies.

Hailey Suits, daughter of Jennifer Day-Suits and Brian Suits, plans to attend SUNY Delhi and major in Veterinary Technology.

Madeline Warner, daughter of Sara Meixner, Dan Leonard, and Kurt Warner, plans to attend Rochester Institute of Technology and major in Nutritional Science.

Ella Wicks, daughter of Jean and Nathaniel Wicks, plans to attend SUNY Binghamton and major in Psychology.

Alannah Zingelewicz, daughter of Virginia and Stephen Zingelewicz, plans to attend Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and major in Biochemistry/Biophysics.
