Middle School/High School Quarter 3 Learning Preference Change Survey

Scotia-Glenville is asking families of Middle School and High School students who wish to change their current School Learning Preference for Quarter 3 to complete a short survey for each child they have enrolled at either the Middle School or the High School.  Please only fill out this form if you are requesting a change to your child’s learning preference for Quarter 3.

Please complete this survey by Friday, January 15th, 2021 by 5:00PM. The selection will be effective on Monday, Feb. 1.

You will be asked a series of questions to confirm your identity and connection to your child(ren).
