Several S-G students inducted into Capital Region BOCES National Technical Honor Society

COLONIE— Several Scotia-Glenville students were among the 70 Capital Region BOCES Career and Technical School students inducted into the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) this spring.

Those honored come from a cross section of Career and Technical Education programs, from welding, heating and criminal justice to the New Visions Health Careers and New Visions Law & Government.

To be honored, students had to meet several criteria, including earning grade point averages (GPA) of 92 or greater at Career & Tech and an overall GPA of 85 or greater at their high schools, as well as having five or fewer absences.

The Scotia-Glenville students recognized were:

  • Emma Schaub, New Visions Health Careers, Scotia-Glenville
  • Cora Tribunella, Building Trades, Scotia-Glenville
