Grade 6 students participate in Kindness in Chalk: An Anti-Bullying Movement

Scotia-Glenville’s grade 6 students on Tuesday showed their feelings in a very public way by using chalk to decorate the sidewalks in front of the school with their messages of hope and kindness.

Many of Team Onair’s students participated in the nationwide movement called Kindness in Chalk. Schools from all over the United States decorated their sidewalks to spread kindness to help recognize October as Bullying Prevention Month. This was the first year Scotia-Glenville participated but we hope to make this an annual event for our school. Please remember, Tartans, to choose kind and spread kindness.
