40 winter coats are donated to Scotia-Glenville in honor of former Lincoln student

Many thanks to the Scotia Glenville Class of 1974 and MVP Coats for Kids, which donated about 40 winter jackets in honor of Bob Coager, who died last September.

Bob graduated from Scotia Glenville in 1974 and was passionate about the Coats for Kids program.  The Class of 1974 donated them to his elementary school – Lincoln Elementary – to honor him.

These jackets would be available to all Scotia Glenville students.  If a student in a building  needs a jacket, they were asked to contact either the building principal or the social worker. Most of the Jackets are smaller sizes, but there are a few larger ones.

WTEN also ran a story about Bob’s generosity – https://www.news10.com/news/local-mans-generosity-continues-after-death/
