SG students to participate in FMCC juried art exhibition

85 pieces of artwork were selected from an unusually large response this year in the Annual Fulton-Montgomery Community College Juried Regional High School Art Exhibition.

18 high schools participated, submitting a total of  389 entries.

There will be a closing reception including the awarding of juror’s prizes on Wednesday, April 19,  7 to 8:30 pm at the Perrella Gallery at Fulton-Montgomery Community College.

Congratulations to the following students had artwork selected for the Fulton Montgomery Community College High School Regional 2018:

  • Ryan Bruce, 11th grade, The Couple, Earthenware and acrylic
  • Mariel Calderon, 11th grade, Hands with Shell, Charcoal on paper
  • Ryan Forth, 10th grade, Deer on Fire, Photoshop
  • Grace Purvis, 12th grade, Essence of a Woman, acrylic painting
  • Brock Whaley, 10th grade, Dead Pool Cool, Photoshop
