Special Meeting Minutes

 

A Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Scotia-Glenville Central School District was held in the Board Room at the District Office in said district on May 17, 2010.

 

President of the Board of Education Pamela Carbone called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.

 

Present:      Carbone, Benedetto, Conlon, Normington, Smith, Yagielski

 

Absent:               none

 

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

 

MOVED by Normington that the Board of Education adjourn to Executive Session in order to discuss matters relating to personnel.

 

ROLL CALL

Ayes: 6

Noes: 0

MOTION CARRIED

 

The Board of Education adjourned to Executive Session at 6:02 p.m. and returned to Open Session at 8:32 p.m.

 

The Board briefly discussed contingency budgets.

 

MOVED by Conlon that the meeting be adjourned.
