Special Meeting Minutes

A Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Scotia-Glenville Central School District was held in the Board Room at the District Office in said district on May 14, 2007.

President of the Board of Education Margaret Smith called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Present: Smith, Ahnert, Carbone, Conlon, Normington, Yagielski

Others Present: Superintendent Swartz, Director of Curriculum and Instruction Kavanaugh,

Absent: Crisafulli

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

MOVED by Conlon to adjourn to Executive Session in order to discuss matters relating to personnel.

Ayes: 6

Noes: 0

MOTION CARRIED

The Board of Education adjourned to Executive Session at 5:30 p.m. and moved back to Open Session at 8:35 p.m.

MOVED by Ahnert that the meeting be adjourned.
