Special Meeting Minutes

A Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Scotia-Glenville Central School District was held at the District Office, in said district, on February 24, 2005.

President of the Board of Education Margaret Smith called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Members Present: Smith, Bradley, Carbone, Conlon, Carpenter, Crisafulli, Ahnert (arrived 6:05 pm)

Others Present: Margaret Huff, Dave VanSchaick, Ken Larkin, James Morrow

MOVED by Carbone to adjourn to Executive Session

ROLL CALL

Ayes: 6 (Ahnert absent)

Noes: 0

MOTION CARRIED

The Board of Education adjourned to the Executive Session at 6:00 p.m. and returned to Open

Session at 7:00 p.m.

MOVED by Conlon to approve Robert Moore as the Hearing Officer for Civil Service Law Section

§75 disciplinary hearing.

MOVED by Conlon to suspend Mary Kownack without pay effective February 28, 2005.
