Special Meeting Minutes

A Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Scotia-Glenville Central School District was held in the Board Room at the District Office in said district on March 30, 2005.

President of the Board of Education Margaret Smith called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Present: Smith, Bradley, Ahnert, Carbone, Conlon, Crisafulli

Others Present: Superintendent Marcelle, Director of Curriculum and Instruction Kavanaugh

Absent: Carpenter

MOVED by Carbone to adjourn to the Executive Session.

ROLL CALL

Ayes: 6

Noes: 0

MOTION CARRIED

The Board of Education adjourned to the Executive Session at 6:00 p.m. and moved out of Executive Session at 10:10 p.m.

MOVED by Conlon that the meeting be adjourned.

The meeting adjourned at 10:15 p.m.
