Special Meeting Minutes

A Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Scotia-Glenville Central School District was held in the Library Media Center at Glendaal Elementary School in said district on March 16, 2005.

President of the Board of Education called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Present: Bradley, Crisafulli, Conlon, Smith, Carbone, Ahnert, Carpenter (arrived 7:05 p.m.)

Others Present: Superintendent Marcelle, Director of Curriculum and Instruction Kavanaugh,

Business Administrator Nolie, J. Geniti, T. Eagan, T. Bried, N. Cummings,

R. Hutchins, D. VanSchaick, T. Duane, D. Moehle, J. Wisniewski,

D. Francois, R. Harrison, B. McAndrews

Mr. Marcelle thanked all of the members of the Facilities Advisory Committee for their hard work and excellent report. A discussion regarding the next step to take with the information in this report then took place. A summary of the items discussed is on the attached page.

MOVED by Carbone to adjourn to Executive Session.

The Board of Education adjourned to Executive Session at 8:50 p.m. and returned to Open Session at 9:35 p.m.

MOVED by Carbone to approve all CSE recommendations from the March 7 and March 14 Board of Education meeting agendas.
