Special Meeting Minutes

A Special Meeting of the Board of Education of the Scotia-Glenville Central School District was held in the Board Room at the District Office in said district on January 3, 2005.

President of the Board of Education Margaret Smith called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Present: Smith, Carbone, Ahnert, Bradley, Carpenter, Conlon, Crisafulli

Others Present: Dr. Barbara Nagler

Dr. Nagler and the Board of Education members discussed the search process for a new Superintendent of Schools.

MOVED by Carbone to adjourn to the Executive Session.

ROLL CALL

Ayes: 7

Noes: 0

MOTION CARRIED

The Board of Education adjourned to the Executive Session at 7:40 p.m. and moved out of Executive Session at 8:15 p.m.

MOVED by Ahnert that the meeting be adjourned.
