3. Hearing/Privilege of the Floor
In accordance with Policy #1230, privilege of the floor will be extended at this time to any person in attendance. The time allowed, protocol and procedures are outlined in the ÒWelcome to a Meeting of the Board of EducationÓ brochure.
4. Executive Session
The Board will move to Executive Session for purposes of specific personnel matters, including the receipt of confidential feedback from School/Community Teams involved in the Superintendent Search process.
The Board will return to Open Session immediately following Executive Session.
5. Marvin and Company - Auditing Services
SuperintendentÕs Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the contract with Marvin and Company P.C. for auditing services for the years ending June 30, 2005 through June 30, 2009.
6. Annual Fire Inspection Report
SuperintendentÕs Recommendation: That the Board of Education accept the Annual Fire Inspection Reports and approve corrections for fire safety violations, as submitted.
7. Approve Classroom Rental & Ancillary Services Agreement with BOCES
SuperintendentÕs Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve a classroom rental and ancillary services agreement with the Capital Region BOCES for 2005-2006 (for lease of seven classrooms and Distance Learning classrooms), as submitted, and authorize the President of the Board to execute same.
8. Resolution: Accept Gift and Donation
SuperintendentÕs Recommendation: That the Board of Education approve the resolution, dated June 20, 2005, regarding acceptance of a donation from the Classes of 2005 and 2006, as submitted.
9. Communications
a. SuperintendentÕs Recommendation: That the Board of Education accept the letter of resignation of Dennis Bye, Teaching Assistant (Senior High School), effective c.o.b. June 30, 2005, with appreciation for his service to the district.
10. Routine Business
a. Staffing
1) SuperintendentÕs Recommendation: That the following be appointed as secondary summer school teachers with salary to be at the rate of $1,370 for first year teachers, $1,440 for second year teachers, and $1,510 for third year teachers, $1,580 for fourth year teachers, and $1,650 for five consecutive years or more, provided that student registration is sufficient for the proposed courses:

SuperintendentÕs Recommendation: That the Board of Education award the 2005-2006 Science Classroom Supply Bid to multiple vendors, as per the attached Bid Summary.
11. Other Business
The Board may adjourn to Executive Session in order to discuss matters relating to personnel and/or negotiations.
