Harris Connect, a publishing company, is in the process of updating its information to print a revised edition at no cost to the school district.

See below for the process over the next several weeks.

Names and last-known addresses of graduates were provided at no cost to the company, which then searched on-line databases and other sources to confirm and update the information. The information - name, address and class year - is the same as the district provides to military recruiters and colleges.

The Scotia-Glenville Alumni Directory was last updated in 1995; the newest version will reconfirm that information for pre-1994 graduates and add contact information for 1995-2005 graduates.

We ask that you consider helping Harris Connect by providing updated information at the toll-free number provided on the postcard. The resulting directory is a tremendous benefit both to alumni planning reunions, to the district and becomes a keepsake.

You can also call the 1-800 number and asked to be removed from the directory.

In the Capital Region, the company has produced directories for the Albany, Averill Park, Bethlehem, Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake, Ballston Spa, East Greenbush, Glens Falls, Guilderland, Mohonasen, North Colonie, Shenendehowa, Saratoga Springs, Schenectady, South Colonie, Troy and Voorheesville school districts.

Important Upcoming Dates

  • 2/10/06: First postcard mailing
  • Additional Mailings: postcards will be sent approximately every two weeks
  • 5/1/06: Outbound Calling Begins (to alumni who haven't already responded).
    Only graduates who are NOT on the state or federal Do Not Call Registry will receive telephone calls.
