Notes for our 25th reunion
July 26, 2003:
Post Reunion Summary
An outdoor reception was held at The Governor Yates House in Schenectadys
Stockade District. Classmates and guests enjoyed a beautiful day
socializing with friends, enjoying delicious food (provided by Robb
and Doreen Clemons, owners of Dairy Circus), listening to music, playing
volleyball, and swimming.
What did you
miss?
Doug Haight showed us all how to properly
serve a volleyball, Dawn Falace displayed her athletic prowess in the
swimming pool, David Erickson demonstrated the correct technique for
pouring a beer and achieving maximum liquid and minimum foam, and John
OLeary treated us to his bartending skills, which were second
to none to Tom Cruise in the movie Cocktail.
Die-hard partygoers continued the celebrating at OLearys
Pub & Gill in Scotia where they we joined by other classmates who
could not attend the outdoor reception.
A special thank you to Tim Koral and his family (mom, step dad, son,
and sister) for preparing the grounds (gardens, pool, etc.) and to his
grandfather for allowing use of his property. Dont be surprised
if we use the property for future outdoor reunion events.
