The Scotia-Glenville Babe Ruth League is conducting a Thanksgiving Pie and Tea Bread Sale to raise funds to help restore the baseball field at Scotia's Collins Park, which was damaged by the floods in September.

Check out some of the extensive damage here [MORE] PDF and a letter from Babe Ruth vice president Rob Zeglen describing why the group is spearheading this this fundraiser. [MORE]

Scotia-Glenville's varsity, junior varsity, and modified baseball programs use the field for playing games or practicing. Every player in the program has played or will play on the field!

Please support this restoration effort by purchasing a pie. Pies and breads are baked by the Mourningkill Bakeshop, Ballston Spa.

Order forms are available at the schools or by downloading the form here (PDF).

All orders and money must be returned to Julie Mancini (Lincoln ES, 669-6549) or Sue Zeglen (Middle School, 368-2944) by Tuesday, November 15.

Orders will be available for pickup at the Middle School lobby, 4-6 p.m., on Wednesday, November 23.

Thank you for your support!
