Friday <back to top>
Friday November 9, 2007. A-Day
Today is "Parade" day.
On this day in 1938, the Holocaust began.
On Monday, school is closed in honor of Veteran's Day. Veteran's Day, originally known as Armistice Day, was first celebrated after the end of World War I. We chose this day to say thank you to all veterans who were and are willing to fight for freedom.
VETERAN'S DAY

……..Something To Think About…..
“On days when I am out of sorts with colleagues and all I've come to, I know that when I enter the classroom, when I close the door and begin to talk and question, I have returned to one of the great solaces of my life”
