The primary consideration of the committee is to determine if a more efficient, effective, and consistent delivery of program instruction can be found. This should include a study regarding the balancing of class sizes in order to provide equity.
The first meeting of the Advisory Committee will be held on June 22, 2004, at 7:00 PM in the Middle School Cafeteria. A recommendation to the Board of Education should be made by December 12, 2004.

2. Parents of children who attend school in the district ~ representatives from all
four elementary schools are to be included
3. Community residents not employed by the district who do not have children in our schools

2. Analyze as many planning options as possible, including:
~ continuing with current kindergarten and elementary grade programs
~ full day kindergarten

~ any other planning options that may be discussed
3. Review current research on all planning options under consideration.
