II. Membership Requirements

a. You must be a Scotia-Glenville resident or present or retired Scotia-Glenville staff member.

b. You must be in at least the 7^th grade.

c. You must take the orientation course (1 hour) to the center.

d. You must complete a registration form and produce identification before receiving a membership card, which is good for one year. Pay membership fee as appropriate.

e. Students must be in school and participating in their physical education classes.

f. Membership can be revoked by the supervisor for not following all fitness center rules, procedures and guidelines. The Athletic Director will determine the length of loss of membership.

g. College Student Membership: $25.00/summer or $2.00/visit

III. Using the Facility

a. Follow all rules, procedures and safety guidelines (see attached)

b. Enter through doors by counter only, and present your membership card and sign in.

c. Enter the building through the doors next to the new gym lobby and follow fitness center signs.

d. Remove all wet outer clothing (including footwear) upon entering the facility. Coat racks and boot/shoe trays are available.

IV. Notes

a. Membership dues are non-refundable.

b. You are responsible for any returned checks.

c. Children under the 7^th grade are not permitted in the center.

d. Scotia-Glenville Central Schools is not responsible for any items lost or stolen. You are encouraged to leave valuables in your locked car.

e. No shower or locker room facilities are available.

V. Guests

a. Must accompany a member

b. Pay guest rate of $5.00 for each visit.

c. Must follow all rules.

d. Can only participate if room is available.
