Art Department NewsCongratulations to Kelsey Jessup who will represent Scotia-Glenville Schools with the work entitled, Kelsey Meets Maxfield. The work is a chair done with acrylic under the direction of Mrs. Dimopoulos-DiCocco. There will be a reception for the 3D Show at Mohonasen High School on Wednesday, February 6th at 6:30 PM.
The following students have had art work selected for the BOCES 25th Annual Show. The opening reception is April 9 from 4-6PM at 900 Watervliet-Shaker. The elementary students are: Maya Westbrook, Carter Kline, Jaydn Beckett, Tristan Perkins, Noah Greski, Paul Marotta, Sky deJong, Maria Nardini, Ethan Harris, Ryan Forth, Morgan Lorey, Mary Zeman, Tarryn Stangle, Taryn Willis, Hannah Grindel, Bridget Malone, Sophia Brown,Mark Taylor,Olivia McQueen, Anna Brown, Olivia Geniti, Kira Temple, Noah Ranick, and Cameron Wiseman. The middle school students who have been selected include: Jenna Stuart and Kayla Aydlott. The high school students are: Laila Day and Julia Lindsay. Congratulations to all of the students who are part of the BOCES show this year.
Congratulations to Lily Holcombe (3rd place) and Noah Clark (2nd place) in the Media Arts Festival which was held at Niskayuna High School in April.
