Melissa Peterson's kindergarten class was overrun with Gingerbread Men late last week, as students used them to perform a science experiment.
Each student was given a gingerbread cookie. They first drew a picture of it and then made predictions about what it would look like once it was dunked in water. Students recorded the outcomes on their lab sheets.
