fifth-graders take a walk down memory lane at glen-worden

june 20, 2017

Fifth-grade students at Glen-Worden today took a Walk Down Memory Lane, a walk that began in kindergarten for many of them.

They revisited the Leprechaun Trap from kindergarten, Exquisite Creatures from grade 2, map projects with clay from grade 3 and the study of colonial America from grade 4. To remember first grade and physical education, they rotated to a station that involved a huge multi-colored parachute in which they played games with balls and birthdays.

The students are in Chris DeCarlo's and Rachel Delgado's classes. They rotated through seven stations during the two-hour program.
